Founder
Timothy Mulroy is a Wealth Management Advisor with Wealth Coast Wealth Management & Insurance Solutions and former Managing Partner of Northwestern Mutual – Orange County in Newport Beach, California. Tim works with Financial Advisors to develop their careers and impact lives throughout their communities. The advisors Tim develops deliver comprehensive financial planning to empower clients and communities to do all the things that matter most, with the people who matter most. Tim believes that there is greatness inside all of us and when that greatness is combined with care and courage, we have the ability to make a dramatic difference in the lives of those around us.
Tim began his career with Northwestern Mutual as a college intern while double majoring in Marketing and Management at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his career at Northwestern Mutual, Tim consistently earned recognition for his determination and leadership. He is a perennial Forum qualifier and has received multiple Master Achievement Awards all while dedicating time to developing future leaders and serving his communities. Tim’s passion and commitment for helping others develop a remarkable life through his Revolut10n model has made him a role model for others aspiring to define, design and manifest their 10 out of 10 life.
Tim lives in South Orange County and enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, acting, and spending time with his family. He also dedicates his time to the community as the Playhouse Board Chairman of his local nonprofit community theater, the Camino Real Playhouse.
Marissa Sethavanish, CLF®
Chief Operations Officer
Marissa Sethavanish has been with Northwestern Mutual since 2006 in a variety of roles and brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is currently the COO of R10 Coaching and a team member of Wealth Coast Wealth Management and Insurance Solutions. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and holds her FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 and 65 registrations and life & health insurance license.
Marissa and her husband, Chris, live in the City of Orange with their two daughters. She enjoys traveling, snowboarding, reading, baking and spending time with family.
Jose Cuevas
Operations and Marketing Manager
Jose Cuevas is the Marketing and Operations Manager for R10 Coaching. He manages the company’s backend systems and growth initiatives, utilizing 11 years of marketing experience and a wide skillset to seamlessly wear multiple hats. Known for keeping operations running fluidly, Jose brings a deep knowledge of technology and AI integration to the team, optimizing workflows and scaling execution to save critical time for leadership.
His precision and adaptability are grounded in a resilient background as an Air Force GWOT Veteran, with professional experience that includes work with the United States Secret Service. As a cancer survivor and an active triathlete, Jose has consistently used mindset to overcome immense challenges. Dedicated to personal growth since age 18, he has spent over a decade reading foundational books like Think and Grow Rich, traveling nationwide to learn from thought leaders like Daymond John and Alex Hormozi, and studying under key mentors. He operates by a simple signature belief: “We do not experience reality as it is; we experience the reality we train our eyes to find. A lifelong Southern California native, Jose grew up in Costa Mesa, lived around the country and currently resides in North Tustin, CA. When he isn’t working for R10, you can find him out on the ocean fishing, cooking, or recharging on a beach in the tropics.
